“My mother has been in a long-term care facility since 2019. She is in the memory care unit. Prestige Healthcare Management took over the facility on April 5, 2022. I am very satisfied with the care she receives at the facility. She is always neat and clean when I visit her. All of the staff are very open to any questions or concerns I have. I watch the staff interact with my mother. I see them interact with other residents. The interactions are always patient, positive, and caring. They are excellent at keeping me informed regarding any changes in my mother’s condition. I believe this is the best place for my mother. I have no concerns regarding her placement.”
